excluir utilizadores?

Com o tempo, alguns funcionários saem da fazenda e seus usuários deixam os serviços necessários. Até que possamos reaproveitar alguns deles renomeando, mas o maior problema, no meu caso, são os usuários criados pelo próprio pessoal da Lely.

Ao longo dos anos, várias pessoas da Lely acessaram o sistema e cada uma delas acabou ficando com seu próprio usuário. Hoje já tenho mais de nove. Esses nomes continuam aparecendo em listas de inseminação, tratamentos de saúde e outras tarefas, o que deixa tudo mais poluído e faz perder tempo procurando o nome correto. Mesmo desativando alguns, às vezes eles ainda aparecem em determinadas listas.

Existe alguma forma de excluir definitivamente os usuários que não são mais necessários?

Outra sugestão seria a própria Lely trabalhar com usuários padrão por equipe , por exemplo: um usuário único para o time TSS , outro para o FMS , e assim por diante. Dessa forma, quando alguém da Lely precisar acessar uma fazenda, todos saberiam qual usuário utilizar, sem criar um novo nome para cada pessoa que entra no sistema.

Acho que isso deixaria o sistema bem mais organizado, principalmente em fazendas que já utilizam o Horizon há muitos anos.

Mais alguém passa por esse mesmo problema? Como vocês fazem para manter uma lista de usuários organizada?

    Hi Nico, we have exactly the same issue. We've been using the system for years and every time a different Lely employee needed access, a new user was created. Now the list is full of names that no longer work with our farm, and it makes finding the correct user much more difficult. Deactivating users helps a little, but we've also noticed that some of those names still appear in certain places. It would be great if there was a way to permanently remove users that are no longer needed.

    I also like the idea of having one standard user per Lely team instead of creating a new account for every individual. For farms that have been using Horizon for many years, it would keep things much more organized and easier to manage. For now, we just try to keep unused users deactivated, but the list has definitely become cluttered over time. You're not the only one experiencing this.
