Explanation:

  • When a issue with your equipment occurs you could open your app and create a issue.
    • Simultaneously the app collects data from the equipment and saves it together with the issue.
    • If needed you can use camera in smartphone to provide video/photo to the issue.
    • If it can be resolved with support of community, you get a proposed solution in the app.
      • If it requires a visit from your service center they will be informed.
      • You will receive status updates regarding assigned technician and ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)
      • Technician will be able to query more information if you forgot to provide. 
      • When status is set to resolved you can provide feedback before confirming that it is solved

Potential benefits for Lely as product owner:

  • Big data regarding equipment preformance and customer frrdback.
  • Timestamps (uptime total, uptime since last service) for issues and data to identify trends to enable preventive scheduled services.
  • Global monitoring of customer satisfaction regarding service level from service centers.
