You can for example use the "Animal event overview" report which shows all events related to health and reproduction and play with the report filters to visualize only health-related events. Otherwise, you could also look at the "Health overview - Medicine usage" report which gives back a list.
Then, if you want to get a better view of what health treatments are used the most and when, I would give a look also at the Incidence analysis tools form the Health dashboard: from there you can also get a list of cows treated for a specific treatment/disease for a specific month Hope this helps!
