Hey! that is really hard to answer without context. Do you have any idea where on the app you are seeing temperature? And where on the desktop you look for the expected temperature?

• On the app is shows under "visits" in the cow card in order of milk yield, visit result, robot, temperature. On the pc I hope to see it in the "actual information" widget when I look in the overview tab. I see the word briefly appear while loading in the page but when it the values load in the word disappeared

It’s also possible to see the milk temperature on the PC — it’s actually under the same tab as on mobile. Just go to Cow Card → Milk → Visits. There you’ll see the temperature listed for each milking.

I’m not entirely sure what you mean by the “actual information” widget, so I haven’t been able to check if it shows up there. Let me know what you’re referring to exactly, and I’ll have another look!

Unfortunately it doesn't show in the visits tab under milk candy I add it from the setting some way? 

I also had this problem turns out it was not put on default. so what I did to fix it: navigate to cow overview or health dashboards -> look for customize columns or add data points option -> add n=milk temperature manually -> check sync settings (make sure you are logged in into the same horizon account on both mobile and PC) -> sensor activation check (settings -> devices -> milking robot status) -> and then confirm that milk temp sensors are active. Im not sure if you are having the same problem, so I cant say if this will help you 100%, but just speaking from exxperience
