Did you know you can sort reports based on multiple columns at the same time? Click on the header of the column you want to sort on first. Press the Ctrl key and click on the header of the column you would like to filter on second. Repeat for a third, fourth, ... column. 

This can be useful when for example you want to sort the animals based on lactation number (first column header to click on), and then you also want to sort on days in lactation (second column). This example is shown in the video. 

Sorting is saved if you leave the report and reopen it later. If you want to undo your sorting, click on any column header. 

Clicking on a column header sorts it ascending, which is indicated by the small red arrow pointing upwards. Clicking on it again will sort rows descending, indicated by the red arrow pointing downward. Clicking on it again will put it back as it was, not sorted. 

First click = sorting ascending

Second click = sorting descending

Third click = no sorting, return to normal
