Role management
Each user has their own role in Lely Horizon. It is important to assign the right roles to the right people to have the tasks and responsibilities set correctly. With the help of role management, users are assigned a role which includes the settings they are allowed to see and modify. Lely Horizon comes with a default set of roles. Each role can be adjusted before being assigned to a user.

Step 1: Go to Manage > People > Role management
Step 2: A window will open with an overview of all users and their assigned roles on the farm. You can edit a user role in this window.
Step 3: Changes will be saved automatically.
Shift management
Shifts are recurring scheduled periods of work, and can be day, morning, afternoon or evening shifts. Horizon allows you to set up shifts to which tasks and people can be assigned. Shifts help you to carry out daily tasks and set up a personalized daily and weekly routine. The active shift can be made visible on the dashboard along with the tasks for that shift via the widget.

Task overview
In the Management pages you can find a page which gives you overview of all (active) tasks in Horizon. You can find this page by going to Manage > People > Tasks

Notifications
A push notification is a message that pops up on a mobile device. Lely Horizon can send them at any time; users do not have to be in the app or using their devices to receive them.
