1. Stay alert for phishing emails Keep an eye out for suspicious emails. Avoid clicking on unfamiliar links or opening attachments from unknown senders to avoid malware and phishing attacks.

2. Lock your screen When stepping away from your computer, remember to lock your screen. (WINDOWS SYMBOL + L).

3. Use strong passwords Utilize strong, unique passwords for all your accounts and ideally use a password manager to securely store them and activate multifactor authentication. Additionally, avoid using your business e-mail for personal purposes.

4. Back up your data Regularly back up your critical data to mitigate the impact of data loss due to cyber incidents or hardware failures.

5. Use virus scanners and update your software Protect your devices from malware and viruses by regularly scanning them with antivirus software and by updating your software
